POSITION SUMMARY – MSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – MSW; 2 years social work experience in an acute hospital setting
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7:30a-4p
START DATE – ASAP
