Job Description & RequirementsMammography Tech - (Mam - Mammo Tech)StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 9.5 D Pay Rate: $2210.00 - $2298.00 Certifications Required: Current ARRT Mammography certification. Per MQSA Standards: Documentation: Must have initial 40 hours of training in Mammography, Current in continuing education for Mammography, Up to date on numbers in Mammography (200/2 years), 8 hours digital mammo training and 8 hours digital tomosynthesis training. Any documents missing will result in this training be done onsite before performing mammograms on patients. BLS certification.Procedures performed on unit: Stereotactic biopsies, Pre-surgical localizations, Contrast Enhanced Mammography.Must have: Screening mammogram experience, competent in additional imaging views such as magnification and spot compression views. Experience in advanced mammography imaging and fully confident/competent with demonstrating and showing radiologists complicated mammographic cases.Certifications: ARRT (R) and (M) MammographyPatient Ratios : Avg 38 patients per day screening mammograms. 18/day diagnosticUnit staffing description- Large breast center with average of 10 techs on site per dayType of equipment : GE Senographe PristinaDocumentation system: Cerner, PenradScheduling requirements: M-F 9:00-17:30. Saturdays 8016:30 as neededFloating policy: Required to float to other breast centers if neededPatient Experience requirements: Experience working in a women’s imaging center.
