POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW / LCSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Complete child protection assessments, providing trauma and end-of-life support, resource connection and other psychosocial services as indicated in an emergency room and other service areas
Minimum Required Qualifications –
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Overnight shift: Th 5:30pm-8am / Fri 5:30pm-6am / Sat 6pm-6am
SYSTEMS – Epic
START DATE – ASAP

- Proficient in Epic
