POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Social services case management
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NC LCSW; BLS; 2 years social work experience in an acute hospital setting; Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7a-7p
SYSTEMS – CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
START DATE – 4/13/2026
