POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
Minimum Required Qualifications –
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 6:45PM - 7:15AM
SYSTEMS – CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
START DATE – 6/22/2026

- NC LCSW
- BLS
- 2 years social work experience in an acute hospital setting
- Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
