Position Summary Lcsw/Lmsw
POSITION DUTIES Discharge Planning in Psych Unit
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 years recent experience in an acute care setting doing psych and behavioral health
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser Experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8:00-4:30 M-F; every other weekend
SYSTEMS Epic
START DATE 12/29/25
