The Position
- A highly skilled Interim Clinical Director of Med/Surg is needed to support the 45-bed unit and enhance the patient experience.
- Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), this leader will oversee approximately 60 FTEs and will oversee a variety of specialties.
- Key responsibilities include implementing best practices, stabilizing staffing efforts, fostering accountability across all shifts, and elevating both employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, a proven record of leadership, and a history of driving outcomes while fostering a positive, team-based environment.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN is required; MSN is strongly preferred.
- Active TN and/or compact RN license is required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
