Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM Needed near Clackamas, Oregon!

The Position

• An Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM is needed to support daily operations and coordination within the patient care services department.
• Reports to the Nurse Manager.
• The shift is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Key responsibilities include managing patient flow, supporting staff performance, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in patient care coordination and clinical operations, with the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse license required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities, including experience in care coordination or supervisory roles, required.

Compensation Details  

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually. 
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
