Inpatient Coding Auditor

Position Summary
Inpatient Coding Auditor (Remote)
POSITION DUTIES
Review of IP & APR/DRG Codes to determine Coding Quality and accuracy of IP Acute Care records.
Minimum Required Qualifications
CCS, RHIT, or RHIA. 5 years IP Auditing experience, 3-5 years IP coding experience in a level I Trauma facility.
Preferred Qualifications
Large System expereince auditing for a variety of facility types and hospital based clinics.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT
Ongoing
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK
Full-time (40hrs/week)
SYSTEMS
Optum 360 / Epic
START DATE
