- RVU Bonus: $93.36 per RVU after 7,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
- Relocation: $10,000
- Training Stipend: $1,000/month
- PTO: 4 weeks CME week ($4,500 $1,000)
- Retirement: 403(b) 457
- Flexible 4–5 day workweek
- Patients per day is based on your preference
- Outpatient-focused with inpatient consults
