The Position
- The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- The Director of Nursing will provide clinical and operational oversight of field nurses and care coordination staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, appropriate authorization utilization, and high-quality outcomes in a pediatric home health setting.
- This is a working leadership role requiring a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, as the incoming leader will step into an actively running operation with strong opportunity for structure, growth, and performance optimization.
- This position offers a primarily remote structure with consistent in-office presence expected during the week and direct training support from executive leadership during the transition.
- Seeking a hands-on Director of Nursing to lead and strengthen a growing home health operation serving patients ages 0–18, with a primary focus on younger children and high-acuity needs.
- Pediatric experience is strongly preferred, particularly NICU, PICU, or other high-acuity pediatric backgrounds. Willingness and ability to work with children will be critical.
- The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of nursing leadership experience, along with a strong foundation in home health, care coordination, or case management, and a solid understanding of home health regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Active RN license is required.
- A minimum of two years of relative nursing leadership experience is required.
- Home health experience required.
