    • Team member recognition programs
    • Employee listening and engagement surveys
    • Peer mentoring (including upcoming program launches)
    • Annual employee awards and VIP recognition programs
  • Design and evolve recognition initiatives that reinforce organizational values and elevate everyday contributions.
  • Support engagement survey action planning in partnership with HR, leaders, and People Analytics.

Employee Listening & Data Insights

  • Serve as the program owner for the team member experience survey, partnering closely with People Analytics and HR on survey design, administration, reporting, and insights.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and connections across programs (e.g., recognition impact on engagement outcomes).
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations through reporting, storytelling, and executive-ready materials.

Project Management & Operations

  • Lead detailed project planning, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and test plans.
  • Manage project logistics such as meeting coordination, documentation, progress tracking, and status updates.
  • Coordinate vendors and manage the operational and logistical aspects of live and onsite engagement events, with flexibility for periodic onsite support as needed.
  • Adapt project plans as priorities and requirements evolve.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Internal Communications, Culture leaders, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective change management.
  • Create toolkits, guides, and communications that enable leaders and teams to engage meaningfully with Culture & Belonging programs.
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with organizational values and employee needs.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and pattern-recognition capabilities.
  • Experience identifying risks, developing solutions, and executing effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfort working with data sets, dashboards, and survey results.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and managing operational logistics for employee programs or events.
