A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community.

- Outpatient-only practice
- Manageable patient volume of 18–20 patients per day
- Flexible schedule with potential for 4-day workweek
- Collaborative, team-based environment with strong physician support
- Provide comprehensive Women’s Health care in an outpatient setting
- Manage a patient mix of:
- ~75% prenatal and postpartum care
- ~20% well-woman exams
- Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) or Physician Assistant
- 2–5 years of Women’s Health experience preferred
- No new graduates at this time
- Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population
- Work alongside an established Women’s Health team with OB/GYN physician support
- Integrated organization with APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers
- Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants
