Position Overview
The practice provides comprehensive general Urology services to a primarily adult and middle-to-elderly patient population, with a strong referral base and a mix of outpatient and hospital-based care.
Position Highlights
- General Urology with a mix of outpatient, procedural, and surgical care
- Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a half-day Friday possible
- Average of 20–25 patients per day
- Very busy established clinic with internal and external referrals
- On-site Ambulatory Surgery Center with new laser equipment
- Access to robotics and laparoscopic surgery at affiliated hospitals
- On-site DEXA, infusion center, and laboratory services
- Supported by 3 APPs, medical assistants, and a dedicated practice manager
- Base salary: $750,000
- Compensation Model: Salary Production (RVU-based)
- Partnership Track: Yes (available after Year 1)
