- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborative practice environment with strong physician support
- Opportunity to help expand services and support APP development and training
- Care for patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and seniors
- Focus on high-quality, relationship-based patient care
- NP or PA degree from an accredited program
- Active Colorado NP or PA license
- Board certification (AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of primary care experience required
- Workers' compensation certification preferred or obtainable within one year
