Details And Requirements For This Opportunity
- Schedule: 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch; need Thursdays every other week
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Physical Medicine
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- State Licensure: Active State License
- Requirements: Provider must be experienced in the following procedures to be a qualified candidate for the job: cervical/lumbar facet injections, epidural steroid injections, transforaminal epidural steroid injections, SI joint medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
