Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.
Opportunity Highlights
- No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand
- Immediate case volume
- ASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as needed
- Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians
- Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs
- Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons
- Emphasis on OR time over clinic time
- Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists
- 8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors
- No OB services—no emergency C-section disruptions
- Up to $800K Base salary—earning potential 1M
- 2 year guarantee then % of collections. ~50%
- Up to 50K Sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation assistance available
