- Practice
- Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix
- Collaborative, low-turnover team
- Culture built on teamwork, flexibility, and strong clinical standards
- 6 Midwives (handle most vaginal deliveries
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
- OB Hospitalist MFM support
- Robot
- 8:00–5:00 clinic (patients 8:30–~4:15)
- 24–35 patients/day
- Optional post-call days off
- Gradual ramp-up for new providers
- 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you
- ~110 deliveries/month (group)
- ~45% C-section rate
- No pregnancy terminations
- $250K–$300K base
- Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits
- $400K-$450K earning potential year 1
- Partnership Eligibility after 2 years. No buy-in
- 6 weeks PTO, $3,500 CME, 401(k) with profit sharing, Full health insurance benefits
