- Guaranteed base salary of $285,000
- Plus $150K–$200K in production bonuses
- $150,000 starting bonus up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- Flexible scheduling: Choose between 32 or 36 patient hours/week, with 4–8 hours of protected admin time
