A well-established health system on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting.
This is a highly supported role offering strong compensation, a collaborative team, and an excellent work-life balance.

- Monday–Friday, 8–5 | No call
- Outpatient only – adults (18 )
- Established, team-based practice
- 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
- 5 APPs 3 CDCES
- Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology
- Dedicated Social Worker
- Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
- Focus on follow-ups, treatment plans, and care coordination
- NP or PA
- Spanish required
- Open to new grads or experienced providers
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- 30 days PTO
- $2,000 CME 5 days
