A stable, efficiently run multi-specialty group in the Midwest is seeking a full-time or part-time CRNA to join its Ambulatory Surgery Center. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and total compensation potential exceeding $360K.

Position Highlights
- Outpatient Surgery Center – weekdays only, no call ever
- Case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics
- Flexibility to focus on preferred case types based on your interests
- 1099 or W-2 options available | Full-time or part-time schedules
- Epic EMR
- 1099: Hourly rates starting at $250/hour
- W-2: Base salary up to $280,000, which includes 10 weeks off annually
- Take the time off — or choose to work some of those weeks at a competitive hourly rate on top of your base salary
- Total income potential exceeding $360K
- Fully covered health insurance for W-2 employees ($0 out-of-pocket premium)
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
