Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Cancer Rehabilitation team in Portland, OR. This role provides specialized rehabilitation services to oncology patients, helping improve mobility, function, and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and collaborative patient care.
- Facility: Central Interstate Medical Offices
- Schedule: Part-Time, 32 Hours/Week, Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
- Pay Range: $50.45-$75.25/hr
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligible)
- Washington Physical Therapist License (or eligible within 6 months)
- BLS certification
- NPI number
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology Rehabilitation experience
- Lymphedema evaluation and treatment experience
- Orthopedic rehabilitation experience
