Travel Tele RN jobs in Phoenix, AZ give you the opportunity to provide specialized care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring at the facility. You will work 3x12 night shifts, delivering individualized nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting in electronic medical records (EMR)1.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current Arizona RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Recent experience in a telemetry unit is recommended.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are valuable for this role.
