12 bay PACU and a 13 bay Pre OP. 16-32 cases a day/elective and emergent cases. EPIC EMR. Adults.2-12hr shifts 1 in pre op and 1 in PACU

Number of Cases / Procedures / Patients:16-32 cases a day/elective and emergent cases/ortho,bariatrc,general surgery
Top 10 Diagnosis:Elective and Emergent cases. Heavy concentration of orthopedics, Bariatrics,General surgery, Breast and GYN, Urology
Top 10 Procedures:Total Knee Replacements, Total Hip Replacements, Soulder Arthoscopy, Spines, Cholestectomies, Hernia Repairs, Mastectomies,TURPs,Appendectomies,LeForts,
Common Equipment: Pyxis, Hover mats, Ultra-sounds for IV and blocks, SCDs, IV pumps, PCA/PCE (minimum use), Pillips Monitors

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PACU
Experience: 3 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; BLS; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
Weekends: 5-6 call shifts per 6-week schedule period
On Call: 5-6 call shifts per 6-week schedule period
