Registered Nurse, Oncology
Licenses: RN-CA
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); CERT-CHEMO(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
3 years of experience

EPIC Computer charting
CA License
ACLS, BLS
Must pass EKG prior to starting


Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience
