Required qualifications include an active Arizona RN license, completion of an accredited nursing program, and experience in acute or medical-surgical nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassion are essential for success in this role.

Comfortable with Ventilators, High Risk airways including ET Tubes
