Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ICU
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required

EKG Test is required for this order. AM will email EKG exam that HP needs to complete and return so it can be attached to file for HealthTrust review
