The Position
- An Interim Manager, OR is needed to provide operational and clinical leadership for multiple inpatient operating room departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services.
- Key responsibilities include leading operating room operations, supporting all surgical specialties, including cardiac and neurosurgery, optimizing workflows, mentoring staff, driving quality and patient safety initiatives, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of inpatient operating room leadership experience within a hospital system. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active Washington RN license required.
- Minimum of three years of inpatient operating room leadership experience required. Experience leading multiple surgical specialties, including cardiac and neurosurgery, within an acute care hospital setting is strongly preferred.

- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
