Interim Director of Physical Therapy Needed in Maysville, KY!

The Position

• An Interim Director of Physical Therapy is needed to provide hands-on leadership for a physical therapy department during a leadership transition.
• Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of six FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include leading daily department operations, ensuring patient care coverage, assisting with evaluations and progress oversight, supporting weekend needs when required, and helping the team prepare for upcoming regulatory activity.
• The ideal candidate will have prior physical therapy leadership experience and be comfortable remaining clinically involved in day-to-day operations. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Leadership experience in physical therapy required; must be willing to be hands-on and support weekend coverage as needed.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
