A Massachusetts medical center is seeking their next Interim Director of Food & Nutritional Services!

The Position

• The Director of Food and Nutritional Services will oversee all food service operations for patients, employees, and visitors.
• The Director of Food and Nutritional Services will oversee approximately 180 FTEs and will develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding food services while ensuring that they are in compliance with safe handling, preparation, storage, and service regulations.
• The Director of Food and Nutritional Services will encourage collaboration by providing shared vision leadership and will focus highly on creating effective working relationships with nursing staff, front line workers, and executive leaders. Sets clear expectations and breaks down silos across departments in order to deliver the highest quality of patient care/experience.
• Seeking an innovative leader to implement structural changes to support continuous growth, as well as maintain a positive working environment to support the close-knit community that has been built by current/long term staff members.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
