A leading healthcare provider in the Wabash Valley is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join a collaborative clinical team. This role provides comprehensive respiratory care in a 24-hour hospital setting.
- Full-Time & PRN Night Shifts Available
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $27-$38/hr plus $2/hr PRN Shift Differential; $5/hr FT Shift Differential; $5/hr Weekend Differential
Responsibilities:
- Perform respiratory assessments and deliver airway management and ventilator support
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies
- Develop and implement patient care plans using evidence-based practice
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered (RRT) or Certified (CRT) Respiratory Therapist
- Active Indiana Respiratory Practitioner license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
