Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our long-term acute care team in the thriving city of Jacksonville, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered treatment plans, seeing a wide array of patient cases typical for an LTAC setting. Your role includes assessing patients' physical status, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure patient improvement.
