We’re looking for a P25 System Technician to join our growing team — someone who takes pride in precision work, reliability, and ensuring public-safety communications stay operational when every second counts.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain P25 radio systems, repeaters, and consoles
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and RF issues
Conduct system testing, coverage analysis, and optimization
Travel to tower and repeater sites to support public-safety agencies
🎯 Qualifications
5 years of experience with P25 systems (L3Harris, Motorola, Tait, etc.)
Strong background in RF, electronics, or networking
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use test equipment
Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening
