Job Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties. This includes handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. You will work closely with other maintenance team members and management to provide efficient and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve work orders in a timely manner
- Assist with turnover maintenance between tenants, including painting, cleaning, and appliance installations.
- Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- One year experience or more in apartment maintenance or similar property maintenance work preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of maintenance issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Weekends as needed

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
