- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
- Assist with laundry and other household tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
