Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to support operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
