What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Specialist position at AMISEQ?
Client is seeking world-class procurement and supply chain talent to develop and implement service strategies in support of client’s Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives. This role will represent client throughout the region. As such this person must be highly collaborative, establish a strong reputation, and earn the trust of cross functional peers, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
5 Years in a supply chain and/or project management environment
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• Can build, grow and develop key cross-functional relationships to be able to influence and drive projects.
• Ability to operate independently and lead without authority
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including leading executive presentations.
• Creative thinking and an outside the box mentality. A willingness develop unique and novel solutions.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve complex problems with 80% information
• Experience in supplier management and operations
• Ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues
• Demonstrated experience in driving autonomous decisions
• End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus
• Experience in managing large data sets via database management is a plus (SQL, Tableau, SAP, and Snowflake)
• Understanding of a Costed Bill of Materials; Familiarity with Agile is helpful.
• Must be flexible, willing to work with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to earn the trust of others and establish a positive reputation.
