Role Overview
The Strategic Account Director will manage Amiseq’s most critical client relationships, ensuring long-term success and growth across multiple service lines. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of enterprise account management and a track record of scaling strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth across geographies.
• Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client business objectives.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service towers.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Monitor account health, performance, and profitability.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in strategic account management; experience of running at least $7–10M revenue quota; consistent track record of selling project business.
- Experience in Pharma & BFSI
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with dual shore delivery models.
- Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- High emotional maturity, executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style.
