Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Philadelphia, PA. The Assistant Manager will assist with overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team to meet sales and business goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing store performance, maintaining inventory and product displays, supporting team training and development, and reinforcing AMIRI’s high standards of quality and client engagement. Weekly reporting and collaboration with upper management will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Possess retail management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and fostering strong client relationships
- Experience with inventory management and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and commitment to brand values of quality and design innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field, or equivalent experience in luxury retail
- Proficiency with retail POS systems, sales tracking tools, and basic office software
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
