Amir Oud | House of Royal Fragrances is a fragrance brand known for its exquisite scents and artisanal craftsmanship. We are dedicated to offering a refined olfactory experience that blends traditional oud with contemporary elegance.
We are seeking passionate and motivated Sales Associates with strong communication skills and a genuine appreciation for fine fragrances. You will be responsible for engaging clients, recommending scents that match their preferences, and achieving daily and monthly sales goals. In addition, you will help maintain the boutique’s premium presentation, support inventory organization, and ensure every customer enjoys a personalized and memorable shopping experience that reflects the elegance of the Amir Oud brand.
Language Requirements:
- English fluency is required.
- Spanish is highly preferred.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Welcome and engage clients, identifying their fragrance preferences through personalized consultations.
- Provide a luxury shopping experience by applying brand-specific selling techniques and storytelling.
- Demonstrate fragrances with confidence, describing scent notes and compositions clearly.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain product displays and inventory organization to ensure the boutique remains elegant and well-stocked.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, attentiveness, and integrity.
- Share enthusiasm and knowledge about fragrances, ingredients, and product collections to educate clients.
Comprehensive hands-on training is provided to help you master fragrance notes, scent families, and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or fragrance sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic (fluency in Spanish is highly preferred).
- This is a W-2 hourly position.
