Sales Manager

Amini’s Galleria in Tulsa has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Manager. We are currently looking for someone who will help us continue to meet our customer acquisitions and revenue growth targets. This position involves directly overseeing Amini’s sales policies and initiatives. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and experience with the sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. This position also requires the ability to lead and direct the work of others, experience coaching, advising, and motivating sales representatives.

Job Requirements and Abilities

This position requires a high level of energy and confidence within yourself and the products we sell. Additional requirements include:

• Must have furniture retail experience or in a related field.
• Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Strong customer service skills.
• Motivated with a positive personality.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Organized.
• Team player.
• Goal-Oriented with the desire to excel and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a cheerful and professional manner.
• Maintain an exceptionally high level of product knowledge.
• Effective closing skills.
• Produce clear and precise customer paperwork.
• Follow up via email, phone calls, text, or handwritten cards.
• Provide a 5-Star experience for every customer, every time.
• Maintain a clean showroom.
• Meet and exceed all sales goals set by Amini’s.
