This is a SALES position and individual must be P&C Licensed with Allstate experience. This is a REMOTE position, and individual must be able to work successfully from home with limited distractions.

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
- Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently but also with a team.
- Strong work ethic and great customer service skills.

- Must have great listening and closing skills.
