Role Summary:
The Operations Manager will serve as the strategic right hand to ownership, overseeing every aspect of the client journey and back-end operations. From managing a refined appointment flow to coordinating with master tailors and elite vendors, this role requires a unique balance of operational acumen, leadership presence, and deep fluency in the language of luxury menswear. You will be responsible for maintaining the discreet, high-touch service that defines our brand while streamlining systems to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the boutique operates at the highest level of excellence, with every client touchpoint reflecting our bespoke ethos.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff with a focus on luxury service standards and sartorial expertise.
- Oversee scheduling of private consultations, fittings, and VIP appointments with discretion and efficiency.
- Liaise with tailoring ateliers, fabric mills, and luxury vendors to ensure timely and flawless execution of each custom order.
- Maintain meticulous control over inventory, special-order fabrics, and bespoke components.
- Develop and refine operational protocols that elevate the client experience and drive retention.
- Collaborate with ownership to identify growth opportunities and streamline boutique systems.
- Ensure a seamless blend of hospitality, precision, and style in all aspects of service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury fashion or bespoke menswear, with a deep understanding of tailoring, styling, and garment construction.
- Proven success in managing operations in a boutique or high-touch retail environment.
- Impeccable taste, elevated communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with VIP clientele.
- A calm, confident presence with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; fluency in scheduling, CRM, and retail systems.

- Local to Hoboken or willing to commute with reliability and professionalism.
