We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Math & Reading Tutor to join our Homestead location.

About the Role
In this position, you will lead small-group tutoring sessions (1–4 students per hour) using our structured curriculum — no lesson planning required.
You will play an important role in creating and maintaining a positive, organized, and welcoming learning environment while communicating clearly and professionally with both students and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 1-hour small-group tutoring sessions (1–4 students)
- Teach using our provided curriculum and instructional materials
- Open and close the center during assigned shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and student-ready classroom environment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with students and families
- Foster student confidence, engagement, and academic growth
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
- Ideal for high school juniors/seniors or college students with strong academic skills
- This role is designed for early-career educators and students and is not intended for certified teachers or professors
- Must pass a proctored math and reading assessment prior to hiring
- Required weekday availability: 2:45 PM – 8:15 PM
- Minimum 1-year commitment required; this is a long-term opportunity
