Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Director to join our team at our Lincoln, NE office. This on-site role involves leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and support sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include market research, planning and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, overseeing marketing activities, The Marketing Director works closely with the Executive Team, Operations and outside vendors.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full marketing strategy tied to company goals and revenue outcomes.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Leading go-to-market strategies for new products or initiatives.
- Manage the full budget and marketing expenses
- Analyze, report and provide recommendations for improving marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of support materials including menu design, POP materials, static/digital billboards, digital media
- Work closely with the Executive Team and restaurant managers.
- Manage the Marketing Team and vendor relationships.
- Lead the marketing team and work closely with operations on execution of campaigns.
Key Qualifications
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Self starter and can work with little supervision
- Strong interest and ability with social media
- Graphic design interest/experience helpful
- Leadership, team building and mentoring abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide range of people
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or experience in a related role.
- Driver’s License required
- Represent company in professional manner – personal hygiene, language, etc.
- Must be willing to work 50 hours/week consistently
