Amidon Jewelers is seeking a full-time Sales Representative / Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced retail jewelry professional who thrives in a relationship-driven, team-oriented environment, understands structured selling systems, and is motivated by both personal growth and performance expectations.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, performance-driven position that goes beyond traditional sales. Our Sales Representatives act as Guest Relationship Managers, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while consistently achieving key sales metrics.
This role requires accountability, reliability, and a strong understanding of the retail jewelry sales environment.
Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)
This position requires the ability to sell consistently and meet or exceed established KPIs, including:
- Merchandise sales goals
- Repair sales and accurate repair intake
- Care plan/service plan attachment
- Credit application and credit sales
- Special event sales performance
- Consistently earning 5-star guest reviews for outstanding service and follow-through
- Consistently perform customer outreach activity daily.
Success in this role is measured by results, professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, personalized guest experience
- Sell fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom pieces, and special orders
- Listen to both stated and unstated guest needs
- Work within a structured team-based selling and ups system
- Take in repairs accurately and communicate timelines clearly
- Follow up appropriately after sales and services
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Support teammates and step in when needed to serve guests
- Execute sales expectations during special events
- Participate in weekly store meetings and ongoing education
- Uphold merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and quality standards
