Site Safety Manager | Colorado
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction, redevelopment, maintenance, and facility operations projects throughout Colorado.
This role will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site audits, supporting training programs, and partnering with project teams to maintain safe work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Review safety plans, JHAs, permits, and risk assessments.
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support multiple project sites and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction, industrial, or facility safety experience.
- OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, or ASP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and contractor safety management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
