Site Safety Manager | Colorado


We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction, redevelopment, maintenance, and facility operations projects throughout Colorado.


This role will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site audits, supporting training programs, and partnering with project teams to maintain safe work environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
  • Review safety plans, JHAs, permits, and risk assessments.
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training initiatives.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
  • Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Support multiple project sites and travel as needed.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of construction, industrial, or facility safety experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, or ASP preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and contractor safety management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
