The
Role
As Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with design consultants, contractors, procurement teams, operations, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifec
ycle.

- aints.Support contractor tendering processes, including RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract negotia
- tions.Collaborate with health & safety teams to ensure site safety standards are maint
- ained.Review design documentation, providing constructability feedback and cost ana
- lysis.Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement schedules, and equipment del
- ivery.Review contractor invoices, work-in-progress reports, and negotiate change o
- rders.Provide regular project status updates to senior stakeho
lders.
What We're Look
