About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading general contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the United States. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Technology Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and standardization of construction technology across multiple high-profile projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong construction knowledge with technology expertise and wants to play a key role in supporting some of the most complex data center projects in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Technology Leadership
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Procore across multiple data center construction projects.
- Configure new projects, user permissions, workflows, templates, and document management processes.
- Ensure consistent platform adoption across all project teams.
Process Standardization
- Develop and implement standardized workflows for RFIs, submittals, commissioning, QA/QC, turnover documentation, and project controls.
- Establish document control standards, naming conventions, and reporting procedures.
- Support rapid project mobilization and ensure consistency across multiple active sites.
Training & Support
- Provide hands-on support to Project Managers, Superintendents, MEP teams, and field personnel.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to maximize platform adoption.
- Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and process improvements.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate, real-time project information.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for construction leadership covering project health, schedules, financial tracking, and operational performance.
- Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Systems Integration
- Support integrations between Procore, Primavera P6, ERP systems, and other construction technologies.
- Assist with digital workflows supporting commissioning, QA/QC, closeout, and project turnover.
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions that enhance project execution.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience within the construction industry.
- 3 years of hands-on Procore administration or advanced user experience.
- Previous experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction documentation.
- Experience working on fast-paced, large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both field and office teams.
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with exceptional organisational skills.
- Procore Certification is highly desirable.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
