What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time - Maintenance Worker position at AMICON Properties, LLC?
General Description:
We are looking for a part time maintenance person to be onsite ready to go punch in by 8:00AM, ready to work by 8:15AM. In this position, your main responsibility is to help with maintenance tasks at assigned properties. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Must be able to use basic tools.
Maintenance Skills Needed:
- Inspecting buildings & equipment.
- Painting
- Landscpaing & snow removal
- Power washing
- Basic plumbing
- Light carpentry
Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma (not required) – Commonsense required
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- 2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Professionalism
- Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
- Multitasking
- Proactive & positive attitude.
