As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring our electrical systems, medical equipment, and control panels meet engineering specifications and company quality standards before reaching our customers.
Your day may include:
- Inspecting electrical panels, systems, and finished products for workmanship, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Verifying incoming materials and components meet quality requirements before production
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications
- Identifying defects, documenting findings, and working with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Performing in-process and final inspections throughout manufacturing
- Maintaining accurate inspection records and quality documentation
- Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Purchasing to improve quality and manufacturing processes
- Contributing ideas that improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to excellence.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Experience in quality control, manufacturing, inspection, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (an asset)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn and improve
